Welcome to Frankie Painter Fitness! I’m an exercise enthusiast, avid reader, and proud mom of two active teenage boys. My belief is that everyone can achieve a healthy lifestyle by making small, manageable changes that over time create newer, healthier fitness and nutrition habits. I do not encourage extreme calorie restriction, supplementation, or “diets”. And I firmly believe that the quality of exercise – knowledge of proper form, technique and efficient program design – is always more important than the quantity. Education is important to me so I strive to teach my clients and participants the “why” behind everything we do.

10441522_10202139416268646_5660818428656442093_nIn my personal fitness endeavors, I have been a competitive runner for 10 years completing races up to 18.6 miles, participated in numerous triathlons, and a few very dirty mud runs and obstacle races. I currently teach multiple group exercise classes including total body strength training, fitness for senior adults, outdoor fitness, and 5k Beginner Run/Walk training. My unique talents include riding a unicycle and master pogo stick bouncer!
