Let ME bring the Fitness to YOU!  These instructional and interactive classes are perfect for groups such as home schooled children, senior adult communities and company wellness programs.  From equipment-specific workouts to balance training, Fitness with Frankie provides your group with up-to-date exercises and information applicable to today's world.


Prices vary based on location and duration of program -- 

typically 1-2 hours per week for 2-6 weeks
