A fun, energizing 30-minute class for senior adults.  Exercises can be performed standing or seated to suit all fitness levels.


Meets at Victoria Gardens Amenity Center

Stairs and Strength

This class is held at Spec Martin stadium in DeLand and combines a heart-pumping, leg-burning stair workout with strength exercises.  Bring water and a mat.


Wednesdays and Fridays, 5:50-6:45am, $5 per class

Splash and Tone

Who says you can't sweat in the pool?  This aqua class is a mixture of strength exercises, cardio, and fun games all set to splash worthy music.  Come join us to Splash and Tone!
