Learn the basics of strength training along with proper form and technique in this 45-minute class designed for beginners.

Stairs and Strength

This beginner class is held at Spec Martin stadium in DeLand and broken into two parts - half is a heart-pumping leg-burning stair workout and the other half is basic strength exercises.

Couch-to-5k Walking Program

This 11-week walking program will take you from the couch to 3.1 miles all while enjoying the beautiful outdoors.  Along with the walking workouts, we'll cover topics including stretching, proper footwear and walking related injuries.
