I’m an exercise enthusiast, avid reader, disc golfer, and proud mom of two amazing boys - Connor, 20 and Aidan, 17. I became a Personal Trainer in 2005 and began teaching Group Exercise in 2007. I am certified by the American Council on Exercise as a Personal Trainer and Health Coach. I’ve also received certifications in Pre/Post Natal Fitness and Exercise for Cancer Survivors. I’m a runner, triathlete, unicyclist and master pogo stick bouncer!
My belief is that everyone can achieve a healthy lifestyle by making small, manageable changes that over time create newer, healthier, fitness and nutrition habits. Movement should be fun, food should be delicious, and attitudes should be positive!
